Giaguaro Spa, founded in 1978, located in the heart of the Agro Nocerino-Sarnese valley, a traditional area in the preserved tomato production, is one of Food Service leaders and distribution groups in International and national business.Over the years, from a local level, Giaguaro has become a world's export industry, with Commercial presence in over 60 countries of the World.Nowadays our factory in Sarno (SA) extends on a 105.000 m surface of wich 50.000 m covered and produces tomatoes coming from farms - estabilished partners - located in mid south Italy where the field characteristics allow to get tomatoes unique in the world.The latter is processed according to the highest safety standards, using the best available technologies; all according to Italian tradition and passion, able to satisfy the most demanding Customers.The company has always given great importance to the its high quality policy; consequently its plants work with a certified management System according to the ISO 9901, ISO 22005, ISO 11233, besides being conforming to the most important European standards for the safety, such as BRC and IFS Food and the Ethical one SA8000.Entrepreneurial dynamism of FRANZESE family and a forty-year experience in the sector, led the family to acquire, in 2014, the factory of Cirio in Caivano (NA), extending on a 165.000 m surface of wich 50.000 m covered.Besides the ex Cirio plant, the Family also took over the technology belonging to it, production technology, maintenance and quality professional managers and the hundred traditional Cirio Know-How. This acquisition was necessary to implement the range of products and references including production of ready-made sauces, vegetables and legumes in aseptic bricks - now there are about 150 basic references.In 2015, Vitale, historical Neapolitan brand, joins the family brands and it is still active in the competitive scenario of the south Italy by special references, along with the other brands acquired by the company.All this has been possible thanks to research, reaching in the years high quality standards, a structure aiming at innovation, special focus on our costumer, a collaboration of top professional figures but above all the passion and tenacity of the entrepreneur.
